Communal Pool
- Communal Pool can be used all year round from 09.00 – 20.00.
- Pool area space is shared
- Jumping or Diving is not allowed.
- No deckchairs will be provided between 1st October and 31st March.
Music
- Music is not allowed in common areas including the communal pool and pool area
- Loud Music not allowed in the property.
Air-Conditioning
- Air-Conditioning is paid separately using a coin meter which takes €1 and €2 coins.

- Security Cameras in Communal Areas
- Carbon monoxide alarm
- Smoke alarm
