gorgeous apartment within a large villa 😀 - brilliant apartment within a brief walk downhill to xlendi. bit of hike back if you were hard of walking. lovely view of the pool from the apartment we chose, as it was private. pool was cool, but it was great to cool off (October) 😞 - nothing. it was perfect for our needs

What a find! A beautiful property, exactly as portrayed, and very friendly hosts. Set in a quiet and peaceful location, within 5 minutes walk of a selection of nice (not too lively) bars and restaurants, with breathtaking views of the bay just a stones throw away. We hired a car to explore the island but from observation it looked like there were good transport links and also boat trips available from the village too. We had a query on our first day and Janina was super quick to respond and help us out. The check in instructions were great, they even sent a video of how to find the property which we thought was a great touch. The air con is run by a coin meter, we only needed to use it at night, at approx €1 for 12 hours even that was a pleasant surprise. I will be recommending this property to friends who might be thinking of taking a holiday in Gozo. All in all a super stay!

We had a great stay in maisonette Luzzu. It is nicely situated high up in Xlendi which is a nice walk to the harbour. Simon and Janina are great hosts, if you need anything you just have to ask.The swimmingpool across the road is a bonus and you can have a rest on the sunbeds in front of the maisonnette. Would definately recommend Villa Marni.

The hosts were very responsive (even though we have never met them in person), replying promptly and they gave many useful recommendations and tips. The flat was nice and private, having a certain old fashioned charm, and it is located in a quiet part of town (yet still walking distance from the sea and the restaurants). It looked very much as on the pictures. We and the kids especially liked the children's room and all the toys there. The only complaint is that the whole place looked a bit run down and neglected. For instance, the chairs and blankets in the garden were moldy and the all-in-all cleanness of the place could also be better. Would still recommend.

Janina & Simon were lovely hosts and responded promptly to our queries. The apartment was ready early for us to check in which allowed for us to drop our bags off and explore. It was very clean, as described and shown in photos. Restaurants, bars and convenience stores are all within a 6-10 minute walk and all located by the bay! Plenty to do on the island if you enjoy hiking, water sports and nature. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we return to Gozo!

Janina & Simon's place was wonderful! The place was comfortable, very clean and spacious. The pool was right outside our door. The restaurants and bars were less than 10 minutes walk and Xlendi and its bay provided some great sunsets and views of the surrounding cliffs.

Great stay We stayed in Luzzu and it is fitted out with everything you would need incl. Washing machine and dish washer.Across the road is a swimmingpool which we could use as well. It is a walk away from the waterfront where a lot of good restaurants are situated. Simon was very helpful if there was anything we needed. It's a nice place to stay with good bus connections to Victoria and the rest of the island. Would definately recommend Villa Marni
