Outdoor Area
- Deckchairs will be provided between 1st April to 30th September.
- The Gazebo or it’s cover might be removed during Autumn, Winter, Spring and during windy days in Summer. If we notice that it will get windy we will send you a message informing you that we will remove the gazebo or it’s cover.
- Cushions should be taken out when needed and back in once ready.
- Refrain from using the storage bench as a chair.
Music
- Loud Music not allowed.
- Music is not allowed in the common areas of the block.
Air-Conditioning
- Air-Conditioning is paid separately using a coin meter which takes €1 and €2 coins.
Safety & Security
- Security Cameras in Communal Areas
- Carbon monoxide alarm
- Smoke alarm
Others
- Towels are to be used only in the property.
- Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage
- Only guests who booked in Villa Marni and Maisonettes can enter the premises. No additional guests are allowed without consent.
