Come cook with me and discover how easy cooking with the right tutoring can be. No matter if you are interested in cooking for special occasions or just want to know how to make healthy and quick everyday lunches – both can be easily achieved.
My recipes have been tried and tested by friends and family, with a resounding appreciation, through many parties and festivities and by my biggest fans – my very own children and grandchildren on a daily basis.

Main – To choose from:
- Pasta with different types of sauce
- Risotto
- Home-made Gnocchi
For all the recipes, I have vegetarian options as well.
Advanced class
5 hours
Full Course Meal
- Starters: frittata, savoury muffins
- Pasta or Risotto with Meatballs, or Saltimbocca alla Romana, or Involtini, or Roasted Chicken with Herbs, or Spezzatino al Barolo. For Vegetarians: Eggplant Parmigiana
- Desserts: Roman Crostata (Shortcrust Pie) alla Ricotta, Tiramisu’ or Italian Style Apple Cake.
Fish Menu available on request at a slightly higher budget.

Hello y’all! My name is Adele and I was born and grew up between Rome and Tuscany.
I began cooking at the venerable age of 8 years: I was really crazy about baking and was the proud owner of the very first Manuale di Nonna Papera (Baking with Grandma Duck) cookbook. Sure, after my excellent lemon cake all of my otherwise perpetually hungry cousins disappeared … to come back en masse for “penne alla vodka – a bunch of drunks at a very young age 😉
As a single working mother of four and by now grandmother, I never lost my interest and passion for cooking and I would be delighted to share all the experience gained after 50 years of cooking.

During my cooking class, I will offer you a snack, which will be a classic Italian bakery pizza or focaccia, made by myself. In the end, you can eat what you have prepared and cooked with me, also, in the case of the quick class, I will offer a little cake, which will also be one of the classics of Italian patisserie.
Drinks
I will offer you an Italian wine to pair with the recipe and a delicious Italian appetizer to enjoy during the session.
Equipment
I will also provide all kitchen utensils and the ingredients for the recipe (all super fresh and personally selected!).
